Kilimanjaro Mission

Tanzania and 3 meetings in the Tatra, the Beskidy and the Gorce mountains, February 2013

VIP incentive - mountain excursions with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) elements
Client: Telecommunications company

Kilimanjaro mission was divided into three stages aimed at preparing the participants for reaching the highest peak in Africa. Before going to Tanzania, three outdoor sessions were organized in Polish mountains. They involved trekkings, expert preparations, motivation lectures and charities. Piotr Pustelnik, a well-known traveler and alpinist accepted our invitation to participate in the expedition. We decided to take the Machame trail, the most interesting and picturesque of all. The six days of the trek were filled with a never- ending- fight to overcome our weakness but also a sense of togetherness and emotions that are impossible to describe. A prize for reaching the peak were the smiles of the children from a local school (which was equipped by us with new furniture) and a safari in Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara National Park. Mission Kilimanjaro project was highly valued in direct marketing. It was given a diploma in the Program Incentive Travel category in the prestigious Golden Arrow Competition.

Incentive – as a prize in a sales competition
Client: Telecommunications company.

Our regular client- a leading telecommunication operator- had from the outset very precise expectations concerning destination. It was supposed to be sub-Saharan Africa. The guests were to feel the magic of true Africa, its spectacular nature, and meet its authentic inhabitants, far from the view observed by tourists through a hotel window. We could not ask for more. The task was ideal for our staff that specializes in organizing trips to Africa. In the itinerary we combined an active safari in Amboseli National Park and Taita Hills Reserve with visiting local communities and relaxing at the wonderful coast of Diani. Elephants against a background of snow-capped Kilimanjaro, herds of giraffes, gazelles, gnu, buffalos and zebras grazing on the boundless savannas are not the only images from the safari. A visit to a true Masai village, dances with Duruma and Digo tribes and a disco till the crack of dawn at the Diani beach showed them a kaleidoscopic image of contemporary Kenya.

Namibia VIP

Namibia –June 2011

VIP incentive
Client: Telecommunications company

This exclusive trip for our special client involved flying light aircrafts, which enabled the participants to visit most interesting areas in Namibia, hundreds of kilometers apart. This solution made it possible for our guests to admire the wilderness of Etosha National Park, spectacular waterfalls of Epupa, to visit traditional villages of Himba tribes and to explore Sossuvlei red dunes on quads and sandboards. Equally impressive was a cruise in the company of dolphins and sealions. Yet nothing compared to surrealistic Dead Vlei.
